Pick any custom piece from our catalog. The mold kit ships included — no extra cost, no upsell.

TAKE YOUR IMPRESSION
We ship the kit. You mix the putty, bite into the tray, hold for 3 minutes. The full process takes about 5.

MAIL IT BACK
Drop the prepaid mailer in any mailbox. Send us a photo of the finished impression — we confirm receipt and quality.

RECEIVE YOUR PIECE
Your custom piece is hand-built in our NYC Diamond District workshop. We ship it directly to you.

Dental-grade impression material. Two parts you mix together by hand.

QUESTIONS ANSWERED

Is the mold kit really free?

Yes. It's included with every custom order at no extra cost. You're not charged separately for it — the kit is part of how we make your piece.

How long does the whole process take?

Turnaround depends on when you mail back the impression and how complex your piece is. Once we receive your mold and confirm it by photo, your piece is hand-built in our NYC workshop. We send tracking the moment it ships.

What if I mess up the impression?

It happens. The kit includes enough putty for two attempts. If you need a fresh kit, contact us and we'll send one out. We'd rather get the impression right than rush a bad piece.

Do I need a dentist?

No. The kit is designed for home use — we've been refining it for years. If you'd rather have a dentist do the scan, our partner network is launching soon (see above).

What metals do you offer?

10k, 14k, and 18k gold (yellow, white, rose). Sterling silver. Platinum on request. We do not make titanium pieces.

Can I visit the workshop in person?

Yes. Our showroom is at 36 W 47th Street, Suite 504 in the NYC Diamond District. Open Monday through Friday, 12pm to 6pm. Walk-ins welcome, but we recommend reaching out first if you want one-on-one time with the team.
