Orders 4 questions
How long does a custom order take?
Custom orders typically take 2 to 4 weeks from when we receive your impression. Iced/diamond-set pieces sit on the longer end. Standard shipping adds 5 to 7 business days on top.
Do I need to send an impression?
For custom-fit grillz, yes. We mail you a mold kit, you take impressions at home, mail them back. Or visit our NYC studio for in-person impressions during shop hours.
Can I see a design preview before you make it?
Yes. For custom designs (engraving, custom shapes, special stones) we send you a CAD render or hand sketch within 2 business days of order confirmation. You approve before we cast.
Do you take walk-ins?
Yes. Walk-ins welcome during shop hours at 36 W 47 St, Suite 504, NYC 10036. Mon-Thu 10am-6pm, Fri 10am-5pm. For complex custom designs we recommend calling ahead at 347-903-4872.
Shipping 4 questions
How long does shipping take?
Standard US: 5 to 7 business days, free over $200, otherwise $15. Express US: 2 to 3 business days, $35 flat. International (DHL Express): 7 to 14 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. DHL Express to all major markets. Customer pays duties on arrival. We handle customs paperwork for North America, EU, UK, and Australia.
Is shipping insured?
Every order ships insured and tracked. You get a tracking link in your confirmation email.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your confirmation email, or visit our Shipping & Returns page to paste your tracking number for any carrier.

Can I return a custom order?
Custom orders are final sale. We cast real karat gold to your exact impressions, so there's no inventory to restock. We DO guarantee fit (see next question).
What if my piece doesn't fit?
If the impression was good and the piece doesn't fit, we remake it at our cost. Send the piece back within 30 days and we ship a replacement. If we made the mistake (wrong karat, wrong design, manufacturing defect), we fix or remake free of charge.
Can I return stock items?
Non-custom items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for refund minus 15% restocking fee. Item must be unworn, original packaging, return shipping on you.
Care 4 questions
How do I clean my grillz?
Warm water soak, gentle baking soda scrub with a soft toothbrush, rinse, then a 3-5 min hydrogen peroxide bath to kill bacteria. Pat dry with a soft cloth. Full cleaning guide here →
Can I sleep with my grillz on?
We don't recommend it. Sleeping with grillz can dry out your mouth and put pressure on your teeth. Always remove before sleep and store in your case.
Can I eat with them on?
Light snacks are fine. We don't recommend chewing hard foods (nuts, ice, hard candy) which can scratch or bend the metal. For full meals, remove and store in your case.
Why 14K over 18K or 10K?
14K is the sweet spot: hard enough to resist scratches, soft enough to look like real gold, and easier to clean than higher karats. 10K tarnishes faster, 18K-22K dents more easily.

How do I become a wholesale partner?
Submit our wholesale application via /pages/wholesale. We review within 2 business days. Approved partners get tier pricing, priority production, and a dedicated account manager.
What's the minimum order for wholesale?
$2,500 on your first order to unlock wholesale pricing. After that, no minimum on reorders. Most active partners reorder weekly or bi-weekly.
Do you offer dropshipping?
Not currently. All wholesale orders ship in bulk to your address. We can ship blind (no GTU branding on packaging) for an additional fee on bulk orders.
Payment 2 questions
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. Wholesale partners can pay via wire transfer or net-30 terms after credit approval.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes — Shop Pay Installments lets you split orders $50-$17,500 into 4 interest-free payments or longer monthly plans (3, 6, 12 months) for qualifying orders.
