Made-to-order grillz, dental fronts, fangs, or VVS-set pieces. We cast after we receive your impressions.
DHL Worldwide
DHL Express to all major markets. Customs paperwork handled by us; duties paid by customer on arrival.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
DHL Express to all major markets. Customer pays duties on arrival. Shipping cost calculated at checkout based on destination + weight.
RETURNS POLICY
We make real karat gold pieces to your exact spec. The policy reflects that.
Short version: custom is final sale, fit issues we fix at our cost, stock items have a 14-day window.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Final sale. We cast real karat gold to your impressions, so there's no inventory to restock. We do guarantee perfect fit — see the next two items.
FIT ISSUES
If a piece doesn't fit and the impression was good, we remake it at our cost. Send the piece back within 30 days and we ship a replacement.
OUR LAB ERROR
If we made a mistake (wrong karat, wrong design, manufacturing defect), we fix or remake free of charge. No questions, no restocking fees.
STOCK ITEMS
Non-custom items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for refund minus 15% restocking fee. Item must be unworn, original packaging, return shipping on you.
WHOLESALE ORDERS
Wholesale orders are governed by your partner agreement. Reach out to your account manager for any returns or replacements.
