Return and Refund Policy:


We understand there’s only so much you can learn about a product from looking at it on a computer screen. That’s why:


You can return any purchases within 7 days and get your order done over, no questions asked. We will also need your receipt.
To arrange a return/refund please contact us via telephone or email us at returns@goldteethusa.com

We reserve the right to have you order done up to 3 times.

 


DAMAGE:

 

If your purchase was damaged when your received it, we will do it over for you at no charge.

You will need to return the damaged product to us so that we can assess it.


CANCELLATION:

 

If you wish to cancel a confirmed order, please contact us immediately via the telephone once the order for the Mold Kit is sent to info@goldteethusa.com You're responsible for the Mold Kit and Shipping.

Please note that if your order has been dispatched we are unable to recall it. Even if you refuse the package you'll be responsible for the Mold Kit and Shipping.

 


E GOLD USA INC will gladly accept return of unused / undamaged ( excluding mold kits, gold teeth and special orders ) merchandise for full refund (less shipping and handling charges) subject to following limitations: for a full refund merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt in original packaging accompanied with bill of sale; refunds will be made in original form of payment or by check. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt prior to issuance of refunds, credits, or exchanges. Merchandise should be carefully packed and also insured for the amount of purchase and mailed via a trackable means.





Shipping and Mold Kits are "Not Refundable"
