What do I need to apply?

EIN or business license, proof of resale activity (online store, brick-and-mortar shop, or social commerce), and two business references. We also ask for a brief description of your customer base and order volume expectations.

What's the minimum order?

$2,500 on your first order to unlock wholesale pricing. After that, no minimum on reorders. Most active partners reorder weekly or bi-weekly.

Can I order custom designs?

Yes. Send impressions and design briefs through your account portal. Custom turnaround is typically 2 to 3 weeks depending on complexity. We can also work from your own CAD files.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, DHL Express to all major markets. Customer pays shipping and any applicable import duties. We handle customs paperwork for North America, EU, UK, and Australia.

What if I don't hear back in 2 days?

Call us directly at 347-903-4872. Sometimes applications get caught in spam filters or we need additional info. We always respond, just sometimes the email gets lost in the shuffle.

Do you offer dropshipping?

Not currently. All wholesale orders ship in bulk to your address. You handle order fulfillment to your end customers. We can ship blind (no GTU branding on packaging) for an additional fee.
